Muay Thai is also known as Performance Stand-up Fighting. It is an easy to learn system, guaranteed to make you proficient on your feet in a short amount of time. It is fun, a GREAT workout and suitable for all shapes and sizes.
It is a hybrid of Traditional and modern Muay Thai, blended with Western Boxing, the two kings of the striking arts, proven to be the most efficient and effective in hundreds of thousands of REAL fights and battles. To further their effectiveness they have been supplemented with Judo, Greco Roman, Freestyle Wrestling and BJJ to form the ultimate in stand-up fighting technology.
At Dragon Lair MMA you will learn how to deliver devastating strikes control and dominate your opponent at a distance or once the distance is inevitably closed. It has also been modified for self-protection/self defense and usage in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
